GOING GREENER EVERYDAY
We’re on a journey to become even greener –
day by day, idea by idea and change by change.
We’re proud to have received international accreditation for our Cosmetics Good Manufacturing Practices (ISO 22716: 2007),
and we’re working hard to reduce our impact on the world, reduce waste, recycle, limit our energy usage and conserve the planet’s resources.
RECYCLABLE PALETTES
Our Bare it All, Neon Brights, Lost Treasure, Tinted Rose and Velvet Palettes are all made from sustainable card, we’ve also removed the mirror and magnets,
to ensure that your palette is recyclable after use!
Discover how you can recycle your palettes once you’ve used them, in our easy to follow step-by-step tutorial...
1
Open your palette.
2
Pull tightly on the elastic strap and remove. This is the only part of the palette which is currently not recyclable.
3
Using a blunt knife, carefully score the edges of the palette to separate the outer and inner parts.
4
Taking the inner part, lift the sealed edges to separate the top layer from the cardboard layers.
5
Again, using a blunt knife, carefully separate the two cardboard layers which hold the eyeshadow pans in place.
6
Now you should be able to easily remove the individual metal eyeshadow pans.
7
To recycle the metal pans, clean with warm water to remove remnants of eyeshadow powder.
8
Now that all layers of the palette are disassembled, you can place the cardboard and metal components into your household recycling bin and the elastic band in your general waste.
